We have been privileged to work with the CEO, leadership teams and staff at the City of Greater Geraldton in Western Australia for the past 5 years. These excellent results have been achieved by developing the ability and motivation of executives, managers and staff through adoption of our very best human practices. This investment has seen the establishment and ongoing maintenance of a high-performing 'Cultural Operating System' at the City of Greater Geraldton.
The strategic improvement in the capability of the Council and its staff was recognised in December 2016 with an award by the Australian Human Resources Institute. We extend our congratulations to all the staff of the City of Greater Geraldton on becoming the recipient of the Wayne Cascio Award for Organisational Change and Development.
